As a CMO with over 20 years of operational leadership experience, I’ve walked in your shoes…

I spent a long time climbing the ladder…

….and didn’t really know why. It was for other people — to ‘check the box’ and ‘get the win’.

I realized I wasn’t happy in my career - and wanted a change.

I discovered Conscious Leadership and started working with a coach who helped me get to know myself and all of my behavior patterns that I had been unconsciously engaging in for years.

I had a realization and an awakening…

As I started getting curious about my own patterns, I began showing up more authentically - and big changes happened. My relationships improved, trust on my teams skyrocketed, I took on larger roles with more responsibility, and my personal relationships became much more deeply connected.

Coaching came organically.

As I brought this work to my life, and to my relationships — people started coming to me for coaching. I got certified as a coach and it took off from there. I realized one of my zones of genius is helping others do what I have done — lead from a place of awareness and choice, and achieve even greater success.

The learning continues...

I have always loved adventure, the thrill of the unknown, building new things - so for me, continuing to push my growth edges with new training, new learning partners, new ways of thinking, new ways to push my learning limits is not only critical to my happiness and success.

A Bit More About Me…

I am an executive coach, an Enneagram 3 (The ‘Achiever’), and an active tech CMO with over 20 years of operational leadership. I know how to bring conscious leadership into operational business environments in a way that feels practical and impactful. I’ve operated in all kinds of environments from start-ups to large enterprises including Oracle, and everything in between. My experience leading dispersed and diverse teams, managing restructures, merging organizations, and scaling enterprises allows me to relate to other leaders effectively and relevantly. I’m a former NCAA D1 athlete, and love to bring a sense of play and competition into my leadership, coaching, personal relationships. I’ve got one amazing daughter, a husband who is an incredible real estate agent in the Denver area, and two enormous dogs who regularly remind me that my next dog will be a lap dog.
When I'm not parenting, coaching, or CMO-ing, you’ll find me adventuring in the CO outdoors — skiing as much as possible, mountain biking, taking in live music, or traveling with friends and family.
